Legal
Terms of Use
Last updated and effective October 26, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Blueprint Projects, LLC ("Blueprint Projects," "we," "us," or "our") and govern your access to and use of blueprintproj.com and any webpages that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site after being provided notice of these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site. If you access or use the Site on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes that entity. These Terms apply only to the Site. Our software products, including Project View Pro, beta programs, and other products or services are governed by separate terms. The Site is intended for users located in the United States.
1. ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Blueprint Projects grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and nonsublicensable right to access and use the Site and to view and print publicly available pages solely for lawful personal or internal business informational purposes. This permission does not transfer any ownership or other rights in the Site or its content, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Eligibility and Authority. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you reside, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use the Site.
Prohibited Uses. You may not, directly or indirectly: (a) use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purpose; (b) violate or infringe the rights of Blueprint Projects or any third party; (c) copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, sell, license, sublicense, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Site except as expressly permitted by these Terms; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, underlying ideas, structure, or nonpublic information from the Site; (e) use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, data-mining tool, or other automated or manual process to access, monitor, copy, extract, harvest, index, or compile Site content, except that generally available search engines may index publicly available pages in accordance with our robots.txt instructions; (f) use Site content or data to train, test, validate, develop, or improve an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model, dataset, or competing product or service without our prior written consent; (g) frame, mirror, deep-link, or otherwise display the Site in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement; (h) bypass, disable, defeat, or interfere with any security or access-control measure; (i) introduce any virus, Trojan horse, worm, time bomb, malicious code, or other harmful component; (j) gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, connected systems, networks, or data; (k) interfere with the Site's operation or another person's use of it; (l) impersonate another person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation, or submit false or misleading information; (m) remove or alter any proprietary notice; or (n) submit through the contact form any content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, infringing, misleading, or harmful.
Website Availability and Changes. We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site, its content, or your access to it at any time, with or without notice and without liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Site may be unavailable because of maintenance, failures, third-party services, security events, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not promise that any content, feature, product description, or anticipated functionality will remain available.
Enforcement. We may investigate suspected violations of these Terms and may cooperate with law-enforcement authorities or other third parties in doing so. Your limited permission to use the Site terminates automatically if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Site and any Site content in your possession, except to the extent retention is required by law.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Site and all information, data, text, graphics, photographs, images, videos, audio, designs, page layouts, interfaces, databases, compilations, software, code, methods, processes, documentation, and other content or materials made available through or relating to the Site, together with all improvements, modifications, derivative works, and intellectual property rights in the foregoing (collectively, the "Site Materials"), are owned by Blueprint Projects or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, and other intellectual property and proprietary-rights laws. Except for the limited right expressly granted in Section 1, no right, title, license, or interest in any Site Materials is granted or transferred to you. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise use the Site Materials without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or nonwaivable law.
"Blueprint Projects," the Blueprint Projects logo, "Project View Pro," and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of Blueprint Projects, LLC or its affiliates or licensors. The Project View Pro mark is the subject of a pending application. You may not use any such mark without our prior written consent. All third-party names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
3. INFORMATION AND DISCLAIMERS CONCERNING THE SITE
Content on the Site is provided solely for general information about Blueprint Projects and products or services that may be under development. Descriptions of anticipated products, features, capabilities, integrations, launch dates, roadmaps, demonstrations, examples, or results are forward-looking, illustrative, and subject to change, delay, or discontinuation at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any product or feature will become available, function as described, meet your requirements, or achieve any particular result. Site content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date, and we have no obligation to update it. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, insurance, financial, construction, engineering, tax, investment, or other professional advice; a coverage determination; an insurance adjustment or claim submission; or a recommendation to select any insurer, contractor, broker, agent, vendor, or other third party. You are responsible for evaluating information and obtaining advice from appropriately qualified professionals. Accessing the Site, submitting the contact form, or communicating with us does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, agency, insurer-insured, broker-client, contractor-customer, professional-advisory, or other relationship, and does not modify any insurance policy, claim requirement, or separate agreement.
4. COMMUNICATIONS, SUBMISSIONS, AND FEEDBACK
If you send us a message through the Site or contact information displayed on it, we may use and disclose the message and related information as described in our Privacy Policy and as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate the inquiry, maintain records, protect our rights, and operate our business. Do not submit trade secrets, insurance-claim documents, health information, Social Security numbers, financial-account information, or other confidential, sensitive, or regulated information through the contact form or ordinary email. Except as expressly agreed in a separate writing, no submission creates a confidential, fiduciary, or professional relationship, and we are not obligated to treat an unsolicited idea or proposal as confidential.
Feedback. If you voluntarily provide any suggestion, idea, concept, improvement, proposal, or other feedback concerning the Site, Blueprint Projects, or any actual or proposed product or service (collectively, "Feedback"), you hereby irrevocably assign to Blueprint Projects all right, title, and interest in and to that Feedback, including all intellectual property rights, on a worldwide basis. To the extent an assignment is ineffective, you grant Blueprint Projects a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, fully paid, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, commercialize, and otherwise exploit the Feedback for any lawful purpose, without restriction, attribution, or compensation. You waive, and agree not to assert, any moral or similar rights in the Feedback to the extent permitted by law. This paragraph does not transfer ownership of personal information or authorize processing inconsistent with our Privacy Policy or applicable law.
Submission Representations. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to provide any submission or Feedback and to grant the rights stated in these Terms; that it is accurate to the extent it states facts; and that our receipt and permitted use of it will not violate any law, contractual duty, confidentiality obligation, or third-party right. We have no obligation to review, use, acknowledge, return, or implement any submission or Feedback.
5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND MATERIALS
The Site may contain links to, integrations with, references to, or content supplied by websites, services, products, or resources operated by third parties (collectively, "Third-Party Materials"). We do not control, endorse, sponsor, investigate, or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Materials, or for their availability, accuracy, content, security, accessibility, products, services, terms, or privacy practices. Your access to and use of Third-Party Materials are at your own risk and are governed by the applicable third party's terms and policies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueprint Projects is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from or relating to Third-Party Materials or your dealings with a third party.
6. PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy, available through the Privacy Policy link on the Site, describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process personal information in connection with the Site. Please review it carefully. The Privacy Policy is a notice of our information practices and is not intended to create contractual rights or obligations beyond those imposed by applicable law. Your agreement to these Terms is not blanket consent to any processing for which applicable law requires separate consent.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; ASSUMPTION OF RISK
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all Site Materials are provided "as is," "as available," and with all faults, at your sole risk. Blueprint Projects and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, completeness, availability, security, and any warranties arising from course of dealing, usage, or trade practice. We do not warrant that the Site or Site Materials will meet your requirements; be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; be free of viruses or harmful components; or that defects will be corrected. Any reliance on the Site or Site Materials is at your own risk. No oral or written information obtained from or through the Site creates any warranty not expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by Blueprint Projects. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueprint Projects and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, enhanced, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, use, or data; business interruption; cost of substitute services; or other intangible loss arising out of or relating to the Site, Site Materials, Third-Party Materials, these Terms, or your use of, inability to use, or reliance on any of the foregoing, regardless of the legal theory and even if a Released Party was advised of the possibility of the damages.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, SITE MATERIALS, THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS, OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). These exclusions and limitations apply whether a claim sounds in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statute, or any other theory, and even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms waives a nonwaivable privacy or consumer-protection right, prevents you from submitting a complaint to a governmental authority, or limits a remedy that applicable law requires to remain available. The exclusions and limitations in this Section are a fundamental basis of the bargain and apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against all third-party claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, losses, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Site or Site Materials; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any submission or Feedback you provide; (d) your violation of applicable law or any third-party right; or (e) your fraud, negligence, or willful misconduct. Blueprint Projects may assume exclusive control of the defense and settlement of any indemnified matter using counsel of its choice, at your expense, and you will reasonably cooperate. You may not settle an indemnified matter without our prior written consent if the settlement imposes any obligation on, admits fault by, or does not fully release a Released Party. This Section does not require indemnification to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
10. GOVERNING LAW; VENUE; DISPUTE LIMITATIONS
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or Site Materials are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules that would require application of another jurisdiction's laws. Subject to nonwaivable rights under applicable law, you and Blueprint Projects agree that any action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Snohomish County, Washington, or, if federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, Seattle Division. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any objection based on improper venue or inconvenient forum. Blueprint Projects may seek temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or the security or integrity of the Site.
JURY-TRIAL AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVERS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND BLUEPRINT PROJECTS EACH KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE. YOU MAY BRING A CLAIM ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, OR REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, PRIVATE-ATTORNEY-GENERAL, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If a court determines that a particular claim or remedy cannot lawfully be subject to the class-action waiver, only that claim or remedy will be severed and may proceed as permitted by law.
Contractual Limitations Period. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site must be commenced within one year after the claim accrued, or within the shortest period permitted by applicable law if a one-year period is not enforceable. A claim not commenced within the applicable period is permanently barred. This paragraph does not shorten a limitations period that applicable law prohibits the parties from shortening.
11. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective while you use the Site. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site, and may remove or disable content or functionality, at any time and for any reason, including a suspected violation of these Terms, a security concern, legal or regulatory requirements, or discontinuation of the Site. You may terminate these Terms by ceasing all use of the Site. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, Feedback, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, disputes, and miscellaneous terms, will survive.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these Terms from time to time in our discretion. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, revised Terms become effective when posted to the Site or on a later date stated in the revised Terms and apply prospectively from that effective date. Your continued access to or use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Site. We may provide additional notice of material changes, but are not obligated to do so except as required by law.
13. MISCELLANEOUS
Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Blueprint Projects concerning the Site and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications and understandings concerning that subject. They do not supersede a separate written agreement that expressly governs a Blueprint Projects product, service, beta program, or other relationship. If a separate written agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, that separate agreement controls solely with respect to its subject matter.
Assignment; No Agency; No Third-Party Beneficiaries. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any right or obligation under them without our prior written consent, and any attempted assignment is void. We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or operation of law. You and Blueprint Projects are independent parties. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, franchise, agency, or other representative relationship. Except for the Released Parties entitled to enforce Sections 8 and 9, these Terms do not create rights in any third-party beneficiary.
Waiver; Severability; Interpretation. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. A waiver is effective only if in writing and signed by the waiving party. If any provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Headings are for convenience only. The words "including" and "includes" mean "including without limitation." These Terms will not be construed against either party as drafter.
Electronic Communications; Equitable Relief. When you use the Site or communicate with us electronically, you consent to receive Site-related communications electronically, and agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing, subject to applicable law. You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Site or Site Materials may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages are inadequate, and that Blueprint Projects may seek injunctive, specific-performance, or other equitable relief without waiving other remedies and, to the extent permitted by law, without posting bond.
