Last updated and effective October 26, 2026
Blueprint Projects, LLC ("Blueprint Projects," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and otherwise process Personal Information when you visit blueprintproj.com, submit the Site contact form, or otherwise communicate with us about the Site (collectively, the "Site"). It applies only to the Site and related communications. Our software products, including Project View Pro, beta programs, and other products or services are governed by separate privacy notices. "Personal Information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with you, your household, or your device, including information called "personal data" or a similar term under applicable law. Personal Information does not include deidentified, aggregated, or publicly available information to the extent excluded by applicable law. The Site is directed to users in the United States. This Policy is a notice of our information practices and is not intended to create contractual rights or obligations beyond those imposed by applicable law.
1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide directly. When you use our contact form, email us, or otherwise communicate with us about the Site, we collect your name, email address, message, and any other information you choose to provide. Providing this information is voluntary. You may browse the Site without submitting an inquiry, but we may be unable to respond if you do not provide sufficient contact information. Please do not submit insurance-claim documents; health or medical information; Social Security numbers; driver's-license, passport, or other government identifiers; financial-account or payment-card information; precise geolocation; account credentials; information about children under 13; or other sensitive, confidential, or regulated information through the public contact form or ordinary email.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and providers that support the Site, including our hosting provider and Google Analytics, may automatically collect or process information such as your Internet Protocol address; browser type and version; device type; operating system; language and time-zone settings; cookie, device, or similar identifiers; approximate location derived from your IP address; referring and exit pages; pages viewed; links clicked; dates, times, and duration of visits; and diagnostic, performance, security, and server-log information. This information is collected through cookies, server logs, tags, and similar technologies and may constitute Personal Information even when the reports we receive are aggregated.
Information received from service providers. We may receive analytics, hosting, security, communications, and diagnostic information from service providers that process information for us or provide reports concerning the Site. The information those providers collect and make available depends on their technology, terms, and our configuration choices.
Sensitive Personal Information. We do not intentionally request or seek to collect sensitive Personal Information through the Site. If you voluntarily submit such information, we may process it as reasonably necessary to respond, protect the Site or our rights, comply with law, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We do not use sensitive Personal Information submitted through the Site to infer characteristics about you, except as permitted by applicable law.
2. HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect Personal Information: (a) directly from you when you submit the contact form, email us, or otherwise communicate with us; (b) automatically from your browser or device through cookies, tags, server logs, and similar technologies; and (c) from service providers that host, secure, analyze, or otherwise support the Site. We may combine information obtained from these sources where permitted by law.
3. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may use Personal Information to: (a) operate, maintain, provide, and secure the Site; (b) respond to inquiries and communicate with you; (c) evaluate Feedback and interest in Blueprint Projects and its actual or proposed products and services; (d) understand Site usage, troubleshoot, perform analytics, test functionality, and improve the Site, our operations, and our products or services; (e) create and maintain business, compliance, and transaction records; (f) detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, technical problems, or unlawful activity; (g) enforce our Terms of Use and other agreements; (h) comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental requests; (i) establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and protect the rights, safety, property, or operations of Blueprint Projects, our users, or others; (j) evaluate or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction; (k) fulfill another purpose disclosed when the information is collected; or (l) carry out another purpose with your consent. We may use information that has been aggregated or deidentified so that it is no longer Personal Information under applicable law for any lawful business purpose, subject to applicable restrictions on reidentification.
4. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ONLINE TRACKING
Cookies are small files stored on your device, and similar technologies include tags, pixels, scripts, local storage, and software development tools. We may use technologies that are reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site, and analytics technologies that help us distinguish visitors, measure Site activity, understand how visitors interact with pages, and improve the Site. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, but browser controls may not prevent collection through server logs or all similar technologies and may affect Site operation.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to assist us in analyzing Site traffic and usage. Google may collect and process information about your use of the Site through cookies and similar technologies in accordance with Google's terms and policies and the configuration of our Google Analytics property. To learn more about how Google processes information from sites that use its services, visit https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You may be able to use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, for supported browsers. The add-on does not prevent all collection by us, Google, or other services.
Do Not Track and Opt-Out Preference Signals. The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. To the extent applicable law requires us to recognize a legally valid opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process the signal as a request to opt out of the processing covered by that law. An opt-out preference signal may not stop strictly necessary technologies, server logs, or processing that applicable law permits notwithstanding the signal.
Advertising and Sales. We do not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration. We do not currently use Personal Information collected through the Site to provide targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising. Privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," and "targeted advertising" differently, however, and in some circumstances a disclosure to an analytics provider may be treated as one of those activities even when no money is paid. Where an applicable law treats our practices as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, we will provide and honor the opt-out rights required by that law. We do not knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age.
5. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may disclose Personal Information in the following circumstances: (a) to service providers and contractors that host, secure, analyze, maintain, or support the Site or our communications, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements; (b) to our affiliates and related entities for internal business, operational, or administrative purposes; (c) to lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, consultants, and other professional advisers; (d) to governmental authorities, courts, law-enforcement agencies, regulators, or other parties when we reasonably believe disclosure is required or permitted by law or legal process, is necessary to enforce our Terms or agreements, or is appropriate to protect rights, safety, property, security, or operations; (e) in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction, including during due diligence; (f) at your direction or with your consent; or (g) as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection. We may disclose aggregated or deidentified information that is not Personal Information under applicable law, subject to applicable restrictions on reidentification. Third parties that receive Personal Information may process it under their own privacy notices when they act as independent controllers or businesses.
6. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We retain each category of Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Criteria we consider include the nature and sensitivity of the information; the purpose for which it was collected; whether we need it to respond to an inquiry, maintain records, secure or operate the Site, resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement, or satisfy a legal or contractual obligation; applicable limitation periods; and our backup and deletion processes. Contact-form submissions and related communications may be retained while we respond and for a reasonable period afterward for business records, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Analytics information is retained according to the settings we select and the options made available by the provider. When retention is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, deidentify, or aggregate the information, subject to applicable law and backup limitations.
7. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, acquisition, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, taking into account the nature of the information and the risks involved. No security measure, internet transmission, or electronic-storage system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using appropriate precautions when communicating with us and should not send sensitive or confidential information through unsecured channels.
8. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND REQUESTS
You may choose not to submit information through the contact form. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of Personal Information we maintain about you by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live, which law applies, and whether Blueprint Projects is subject to that law, you may have additional rights, including rights to confirm processing; access categories or specific pieces of information; obtain a portable copy; correct inaccuracies; delete information; obtain information about recipients; opt out of a sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit specified uses or disclosures of sensitive information; withdraw consent; or appeal a denial. Rights are subject to the conditions, exceptions, limitations, and verification requirements of applicable law.
Submitting and Processing Requests. Send a request to [email protected] and identify the right you wish to exercise and the state or country in which you reside. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, locate relevant records, prevent fraud, and confirm an authorized agent's authority. We will use verification information only for verification and related compliance purposes. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including when we cannot verify it, an exception applies, or retention is required. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and, where required, explain a denial and provide appeal instructions. We will not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising a protected privacy right.
Cookie Choices. You can use browser settings to block or delete cookies and may use the Google Analytics opt-out tool described above. Because browser settings vary and technologies change, consult your browser or device help materials. Your choices may be browser- or device-specific and may need to be renewed if you clear cookies or use another browser or device.
9. ADDITIONAL U.S. STATE PRIVACY DISCLOSURES
Applicability. U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), apply only when their statutory coverage requirements are met and subject to exemptions. This Section applies only to the extent a particular law applies to Blueprint Projects and to the relevant Personal Information. Nothing in this Section is an admission that Blueprint Projects is currently subject to a particular comprehensive state privacy law, and providing a voluntary response does not waive an exemption or constitute a voluntary certification of coverage.
Categories, Sources, Purposes, and Disclosures. The Personal Information described in Section 1 may correspond to the following categories used by U.S. state laws: identifiers; Internet or other electronic-network activity; approximate geolocation; and other information you include in communications. We collect these categories from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from service providers, as described in Section 2. We use them for the business and commercial purposes described in Section 3. We may disclose them to the categories of recipients described in Section 5. We do not intentionally collect sensitive Personal Information through the Site and do not use or disclose sensitive Personal Information for a purpose that requires a right to limit under the CCPA, based on the practices described in this Policy.
State Privacy Rights. Where applicable, residents may exercise the rights described in Section 8, including applicable rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain portability, opt out, limit certain processing, and appeal. To the extent the CCPA applies, California residents may also request information concerning the categories of Personal Information collected, sources, purposes, categories of third parties to whom information was disclosed, and specific pieces of information, subject to statutory exceptions. We do not disclose Personal Information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes within the meaning of California Civil Code Section 1798.83. Requests may be submitted as described in Section 8. You may request this Policy in an alternative accessible format by contacting us.
California Online Tracking Disclosure. As stated in Section 4, the Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, and third-party analytics providers may collect information about Site activity over time or across websites or online services, depending on their technologies and your settings. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, we will process it as required. Please review Section 4 for additional information concerning Google Analytics and available choices.
10. INTERNATIONAL VISITORS
The Site is operated from the United States and is directed to a United States audience. It is not currently intended to offer goods or services to, or purposefully monitor the behavior of, individuals in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you access the Site from another country, Personal Information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or another country where our service providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country. This statement does not waive rights or transfer protections that applicable law requires.
To the extent the EU General Data Protection Regulation, UK General Data Protection Regulation, or another similar law applies to our processing, Blueprint Projects is the controller of the Personal Information described in this Policy. Depending on the processing, we may rely on our legitimate interests in operating, securing, analyzing, and improving the Site and responding to inquiries; your consent where required, including for nonessential cookies; steps taken at your request before entering a contract; compliance with legal obligations; or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, or obtain portability of Personal Information; withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing; and lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. Contact us using the information below to exercise an applicable right. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, we will use a legally recognized mechanism or another permitted basis.
11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information online from children under 13. Children under 13 should not use the contact form or otherwise provide Personal Information through the Site. If you believe a child under 13 has provided Personal Information to us, contact us at the address below. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and delete information collected in violation of applicable law. We do not knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of children under 16.
12. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES
The Site may link to websites, services, or resources we do not operate or control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Review the applicable third party's privacy notice before providing Personal Information or using its services. A link does not imply that Blueprint Projects endorses the third party. This Section concerns linked third-party sites and does not limit the disclosures to service providers described in Section 5.
13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or business operations. We will post the revised Policy on the Site and update the "Last Updated and Effective" date above. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a revised Policy applies prospectively from its stated effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice on the Site or by another appropriate method. Where applicable law requires consent before we use Personal Information for a materially different purpose, we will seek that consent.
